I utilize existing avatars and assets as a base when customizing and creating characters. This allows for efficient and high-quality results while ensuring a personalized and unique design for each project.

I provide character creation services for VRChat, including custom modeling, texturing, rigging, and other creative assets like custom tails, eyes, expressions, clothing, and shader effects. This service does not include any form of NSFW content.

Clients are expected to maintain a positive and respectful tone during communication. I will also ensure a professional and respectful attitude in all interactions.

A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required upfront.

Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of the final files.

Minor revisions are included in the service. However, major changes or additional features that were not agreed upon in the initial scope may incur additional charges.

Any requested revisions must be made during the project timeline. Once the final files are delivered, revisions may not be accommodated without a fee.

I only export models with their respective textures to Warudo. Exporting to other platforms, such as VSeeFace, is not part of the service.

Delivery of the final model will include textures, outfits, and accessories as agreed upon in the project.

I retain the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

Clients may use the models for personal use or within VRChat, streaming, or any other use they want it to give it

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by the client, such as slow communication or delayed feedback, may impact the final delivery date.

I am not responsible for any issues that arise from the improper use of the delivered files, including but not limited to compatibility issues with platforms other than those specified (e.g., Warudo).

If existing avatars or assets I’ve customized are used for streaming, content creation, or shared on any social media platform, proper credit must be given to me as the creator of the customizations. This includes adding my name or handle in the description, credits, or any appropriate section where the customized avatar is displayed or used.

By commissioning my services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
